This week, Mayor Reynolds issued a proclamation in Warren County declaring “40 Days for life in New Carlisle.” Taking his lead, Main & Lake has decided to issue some proclamations of our own, which, legally speaking, hold just as much weight as the one Mayor Reynolds signed.
