Flasher on the Loose in New Carlisle Area

A male flasher is at large in the New Carlisle area, according to several reports and eyewitness accounts.

Every report of flashing has included similar details: a man will walk or run up to unsuspecting citizens, usually in public places, and rip open his button-down shirt to expose his breasts to them. In each case the man was reported to scream “bologna milks” while grabbing his breasts and shaking them vigorously.

The man is said to be middle-aged, slightly overweight, and in possession of fully developed, massive breasts. “He looked a lot like Don Knotts, but with giant bosoms,” said Dorothy Funderberg of Medway, who was the first to phone police about the flasher. “It was disgusting, but it was also very impressive.”

The flasher brings about a controversial debate about gender equality, not just in New Carlisle, but in the United States. Police have said they cannot arrest or cite the man if he’s caught due to him being male. “It’s legal for a man to walk around shirtless, so our hands are sort of tied on this one. If it were a woman flashing her chest we could lock her up for indecent exposure,” said a representative from the Clark County Sheriff’s office. “The only thing this man could possibly be charged with is disturbing the peace for the “bologna milks” yelling, but even that is unlikely.”

There is disagreement within the citizenry. New Carlisle resident Ken Luckett thinks the man should be punished for his actions. “Boobs are boobs, whether they are on a man or a woman’s chest. If there’s so much as a handful there, it needs to be kept inside a shirt.”

Jill Detrick has a different take on the issue, saying “It’s already unfair that women are treated as second class citizens in this country. All women should be allowed to be topless in public, just like men. It shouldn’t matter if you are flat as a board or as stacked as Dolly Parton, every human being deserves the same rights.”

Many residents feel that an exception should be made because of the uniqueness of the man’s body. “I have no problem with a man walking around shirtless. But at the same time, I don’t want my toddler to see breasts like that out in the open. I’m scared that it could damage them,” said Jean Petty. “This is an exception to the rule and it needs to be taken care of.”

  1. Forget about it being a man or woman, big breasts, little breast, etc. This is the definition of sexual harrassment. Shame on him!

  2. It’s sad that people want to attack the messenger rather than focus on the message. Bologna milks!
